Meet our team
Behind every service we provide is a dedicated team of professionals, each bringing their unique expertise and enthusiasm to our business.
Karen — Centre Manager
Karen has been part of the team since 2019 and brings over 20 years’ experience in the sector. Her door is always open, whether you need a chat, some advice or just someone to point you in the right direction.
She’s always happy to help and, while she may look serious when she’s concentrating, don’t worry — it’s usually just her thinking face! 😄
Jennifer — Administrator
Jennifer has been keeping everything running smoothly here since 2005. She looks after all our bookings and is often the friendly face welcoming customers through the door.
When she’s not organising rooms and bookings, Jennifer enjoys knitting and crochet. And remember — if she can’t find you a room, she’ll knit you one! 🧶
Dean — Caretaker
Dean has been part of the team since 2015 and is one of our full-time caretakers. He’s always ready with a friendly face and a warm welcome for our customers
Dean’s conscientious, approachable and always happy to help — and if you’re wondering where he is, just follow the sound of his laugh… you’ll hear it somewhere in the building! 😄
Patrick — Caretaker
Patrick has been part of the team since 2019 and is one of our part-time caretakers. Always friendly, welcoming and happy to lend a hand, Patrick is the person you can count on when something needs doing.
In fact, if there’s a job to be done, chances are Patrick can do it — and if he can’t, he’ll probably figure out how! 🔧
Jackie — Caretaker
Jackie has been part of the team since 2022 and is one of our full-time caretakers. She’s always on the go and there’s rarely a moment when she isn’t busy doing something!
Jackie is friendly, welcoming and always happy to help our customers. Just don’t stand still for too long — she might clean you or wash you! 🧽😂

Marcin — Caretaker
Marcin joined the team in February this year and is one of our part-time caretakers. He’s always friendly, welcoming and happy to lend a hand to our customers and the team.
When it comes to fixing things and getting jobs done, Martin is definitely giving Patrick a run for his money — Patrick might finally have some competition! 🔧😄
Gerry — Caretaker
Gerry joined the team in July this year and has settled in really well. He’s always ready with a smile, a warm welcome and a helping hand for our customers and the team.
In a short time, Gerry has already proved himself to be a valued member of the team — and we’re delighted to have him on board.👍
